Carlos achieved his lifelong dream and opened Ventura Barbershop on October 1st, 2021. He prioritizes giving each client a style & service to remember. He is a master barber of 10+ years, his clients are the heart of his business. Carlos is a devoted family man and loves cycling. He has competed in many events such as the Clasico Navarrete - Montecristi which is 86km!

Jon is a highly knowledgeable and experienced barber of over 20 years. He is dedicated to making clients look & feel their best. In his spare time, Jon is an avid golfer and former professional fighter!

Michael “Dragon” is a passionate barber with experience in both classic & modern cuts. He is not only talented, but a breath of fresh air to the industry. Mike is a true professional and client focused. He loves to travel, get tattoos, and hang out with his chickens! 

Jesse is driven, detail oriented, and great with all clients. He's a father of two boys and a newborn girl. When he doesn't have a clipper in his hand he is watching sports or coaching his kid's sports teams.
